00:00When Eddie Brock transforms into Venom, his head opens up wide, his tongue hangs out.
00:04Where does Eddie's head go? Seriously, where the hell is his head?
00:08Well, I always imagined that he was like in a little embryonic sack.
00:12Like a, like a, so he can breathe inside Venom, like a, like a, like a baby.
00:16Like a little baby, Eddie.
00:17Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:17Because he's always so muffled when you hear,
00:21We're here to debunk the weirdest and wildest Venom theories on the internet.
00:24Spoilers ahead!
00:26Monkey Feathers on Tumblr says,
00:28In Venom, let there be carnage.
00:30Venom doesn't eat the red M&Ms to protect Eddie because red dye 40 is poisonous if eaten in large quantities.
00:37They love their dumb humans so much.
00:40It could be truth.
00:42Yeah.
00:42I think I remember just writing in the script that he threw the red M&Ms away.
00:48I think as part of a nod to people wanting particular colored M&Ms.
00:56Oh, right. Got it. More meat in a hamburger.
00:59Yeah.
01:00Bigger TVs, yellow M&Ms.
01:01Yeah.
01:02Yeah. Riders.
01:03Riders?
01:03Yeah, my rider. I get it now.
01:05I don't. Yeah.
01:06Yeah. Thanks, Cal.
01:08Not you.
01:08Yeah, no, it's fine.
01:09Actually, I wasn't talking about you.
01:10Wow.
01:12Not you.
01:12Don't touch me.
01:14Next one.
01:14Not you.
01:15Not again either.
01:16Darth Continent says, in Venom, the Malaysian EMT, once possessed, walks away with her hair braid,
01:26hiding the M in EMT, thus extraterrestrial ET.
01:32Oh, details.
01:34I've never noticed that.
01:35Happy accident.
01:36I think so.
01:37From the Venom site.
01:39Where is Venom in Eddie's body? Since Venom could see his liver, I assume he's literally just in
01:46all his organs, but not necessarily attached to them.
01:49I've always thought he just shrinks and he's like...
01:51Like a little...
01:52Little Eddie.
01:53A little person inside him.
01:54He's walking around like...
01:57All of his veins and capillaries like...
02:00Yeah.
02:00Waiting to come out and talk.
02:01Or is he like compressed?
02:03We never thought about it.
02:04No, we didn't.
02:05We've never ever asked each other that question, but it's a good one.
02:07It is a good question.
02:08We don't know where he goes.
02:10No.
02:10Symbiote Steve 3 says, in the Venom 3 trailer, we see Eddie at a casino.
02:16And I think we might see Venom use his power to win a major jackpot for Eddie.
02:20The end of the movie could see Eddie happy and retired, living off this fortune.
02:24I really hope it's true.
02:25He's been through enough.
02:27You're right, Symbiote Steve.
02:28He has been through enough.
02:28It's so true.
02:29He should have won a fortune.
02:30He should have, but he didn't.
02:32No, because Venom was there.
02:33Venom was there.
02:37The Amazing Bob says...
02:39Amazing Bob?
02:40Amazing Bob says, the Venom 3 trailer shows a Venom horse.
02:44Perhaps we'll see a Venom dino too.
02:47There is a whole canon of dinosaurs in Venom comic book.
02:51And dragons.
02:51Yeah.
02:52In fact, dinosaurs should really play in any Venom stuff going forward, if that's not an issue between...
02:59Well, we should just go back and reshoot and put a Venom dinosaur in.
03:03Could do.
03:03Could do.
03:04Head of Spectre says, I think Juno Temple's character is either Null in disguise or possessed
03:10by Null.
03:11I'm thinking she's going to account for Null's presence during the bulk of the movie and will
03:16be the main antagonist, while Chiwetel Ejiofor is more of her muscle.
03:20Oh, God.
03:22Why don't we think of that?
03:23I think that's a really good shout, actually.
03:24That would have been a much better way to go.
03:26Yeah.
03:26I think we're out of the job.
03:28Yeah.
03:29We see that when Venom fights carnage, the symbiotes take damage.
03:33Eddie and Cletus don't look hurt when the symbiotes retreat.
03:37Do the hosts not feel the pain the symbiotes feel when they get hurt?
03:41They are clearly in pain.
03:42You see Eddie get his knees bashed by Cletus, but symbiotes heal their hosts.
03:48Once the host goes inside the symbiote, they come out healed.
03:53And that works both ways, doesn't it?
03:54Yeah.
03:55From At Solo Productions.
03:57Tell me that this creature, especially like in the way that his legs are built in that
04:00sort of zigzag pattern, doesn't look just like that traditional Venom chest emblem.
04:04So what if each time the symbiote takes over a new creature, it kind of retains a little
04:07something from that organism, and we see it at some point take over a xenophage.
04:11And once it reattaches to Eddie Brock and we see him go full Venom mode for the first
04:14time after that, he now has that white emblem, a reflection of the xenophage.
04:18That's a really clever way to put a Spider-Man logo on his chest without actually putting
04:22a Spider-Man logo on his chest.
04:24I think it would be really cool to see Venom morph with a xenophage.
04:28We haven't done that because the symbiotes go from host to host and the symbiote is always
04:33itself a thing.
04:35And then it's the individual that is changed, isn't it?
04:38I mean, human beings.
04:39Yeah, it doesn't take any of the host with it.
04:41I mean, she Venom turned slightly different shape than...
04:44But the symbiote doesn't change.
04:48Venom and Chenom looks different to Venom and Eddie, but I don't think they take pieces of
04:54the host with them when they go.
04:55And adapt into a comfy pair of shoes.
04:58Yeah, they just find a really good new jacket.
05:01Hmm.
05:01Notice whenever Venom speaks, Tom Hardy doesn't move his lips.
05:04He can already hear Venom from the inside.
05:06But through this window, we can see Eddie actually moving his lips ever so slightly,
05:11even when Venom is speaking.
05:15Through some sort of reflection, we can see Eddie is actually talking to himself in Venom's voice.
05:20He thinks he's hearing it in his head.
05:22But if you look at him through something else, you're gonna see him talking on behalf of Venom.
05:26That's really interesting because in this movie, we have another character
05:33who does actually speak with the symbiote within him.
05:39Through his human face.
05:40Mm-hmm.
05:41And you actually have seen Venom speak through a human face as well,
05:46because when Mrs. Chen morphs with Venom, when she becomes Chenom, he talks through her mouth.
05:55But in that, I was probably on the bike ad-libbing outside the window.
05:59I would have thought so, yeah.
06:00As Eddie's just panicking.
06:01Yeah.
06:02And Venom is talking at the same time.
06:04So I think that's an editorial.
06:06But it is interesting.
06:07Yeah, it is.
06:08And you know what's really interesting is that you care that much to really look into it.
06:11Yeah.
06:12That's cool.
06:13I think we should say we did it on purpose.
06:15We did.
06:15That was absolutely calculated.
06:16Totally on purpose.
06:17Again, another great idea of mine.
