00:00India says the Pakistani military sponsors these groups, somehow funds these groups.

00:06Pakistan denies that and denies that it harbors any militant groups on its soil.

00:11What's the evidence one way or the other?

00:13I don't think it's any secret that these terrorist groups operate quite openly in Pakistan

00:19and not in some tribal area, but in urban centers of the country.

00:24And we have seen that various Pakistani officials from across the political divide

00:29have acknowledged that this was a policy of Pakistan.

00:33Now, they caveat that by saying that this is what occurred in the past.

00:38But the problem is that the past always gets renewed every few years.

00:43And Pakistan simply has just not done enough to dismantle this terrorist infrastructure,

00:47which doesn't just have a knock-on effect for India, but also for Afghanistan

00:51and also to the international community as well.

00:54We've seen terrorists being trained in Pakistan, carrying out attacks in the United Kingdom,

00:59like the 7-7 bombings.

01:01So Pakistan, unfortunately, still has this problem and somewhat denial about having to tackle

01:07what they have created and what they continue to allow to exist.

01:11Let's try to change their destroyer, because they try to dispose of them.
