05:09perhaps the most unique artifact in the american is the figurine made of ceramic stone and wood these
05:17fascinating sculptures represent real and mythological people from 1500 bce and onward
05:24this is about as tall as a seven story building termites construct these nests by gluing sand grains
05:33together together with their saliva and feces and partially digested wooden materials

06:01a large part of present-day arizona was covered by a warm shallow sea inhabited by ancestors of the modern day

09:53The Dutchman's Gold Mine in Superstition Mountains is one of the most famous legends of all.
09:58It was really a Dutchman named Jacob Waltz and he really did bring gold nuggets into Mesa
10:04from the superstitions.
10:05This is where the facts stop and the myths begin.
