00:00Let me get a movie, baby.

00:03Whenever you're given the real thing,

00:04you are reacting, you are not acting.

00:06It changes everything.

00:08We wanted to give the beginning of the movie

00:09a little more weight and a little bit more surprise

00:12and up the states.

00:13For action, Jake said, I want things

00:15to be a lot more practical.

00:16He wanted less camera moves and more about the characters

00:19and about the story.

00:20So we decide we're going to go to Kuala Lumpur

00:22and go to the second tallest building on the planet

00:24and literally put Florence Pugh on the edge.

00:28Ah!

00:29Let's do it.

00:30Yay, OK.

00:31Hee hee!

00:32I've been excited about this since I read

00:33the first page of the script.

00:35Ta-da!

00:36Disney Help and Safety just said no.

00:38You know, and that's a very reasonable thing to say.

00:40It's not a zero risk thing to attempt.

00:43And it's only because she believed in it so much.

00:46She took it upon herself to elevate it

00:48because she trusts our amazing team.

00:50This rig behind us is the result of an incredible stunt team,

00:54which is really from the beginning set out

00:55to do something unlike anything we've ever done before.

00:57And so this allows us to descend Florence herself

01:00off the second tallest building in the world.

01:02Rolling cameras.

01:03All camera.

01:22We shot Florence jumping off of that building in the morning

01:27and then went to another street and just blew up

01:30an entire floor of a building in the afternoon.

01:32And background and practice.

01:36OK.

01:37Assignment is, oh, wait, hang on.

01:39Assignment is complete.

01:44I love working on location because it makes everybody

01:49full of adrenaline.

01:50And it makes you so appreciative for each shot

01:52because you're like, yes, we all did that.

01:54You can actually capture something amazing and shoot it.

02:04There is this kind of human breathtaking quality to that.

02:06I'm always down for down and dirty because it gives a different flavor

02:13to the choices that you make as an actor.

02:16There's some big threat out there.

02:17And you are going to help me stop it.

02:18Wait, us?

02:19The scope is so large that I always love to fall back

02:23on the ability to at least play the moment as real,

02:27even though we're in very fantastical stakes.

02:28This team can be the hero.

02:30There are many times when you read a script and you're like,

02:32well, that's not going to happen.

02:33They're not going to let me to do that.

02:34And to see the real sets and the real effects come together,

02:36it's just been an absolute joy.
