00:27victory in Europe today we commemorate
00:33what came to be known as VE Day our
00:39thoughts turn to thanksgiving and
00:42remembrance we remember those we lost
00:48those who were wounded or scarred those
00:53whose lives were forever changed by war
00:59nobody was immune from the impact of that
01:04terrible conflict let us pause to
01:10remember their sacrifice we reflect too
01:17on the words of our late Queen Elizabeth
01:22never give up never despair
