Prophetic word from the lord concerning nightclub collapsing

00:00When I was in prayer today, the Lord kept showing me this situation that happened with this nightclub.

00:04And as I was coming out of prayer, the Lord gave me Jeremiah the 13th chapter.

00:08And as I read this chapter, I understood why the Lord kept showing me the nightclub and how the two was related.

00:15In Jeremiah 13, the Lord instructed the prophet Jeremiah to go and buy a linen girdle.

00:21He told him to wear it and then hide it in the Ephraim River.

00:25When he sent Jeremiah to go and to retrieve that linen girdle, it was ruined and he couldn't wear it.

00:33And the Lord explained what the linen girdle represented.

00:36He told Jeremiah, just as this girdle clings to man's body, this is how I desire for my people to cling to me.

00:44They have refused the words of the Lord.

00:46They walk in the imagination of their hearts.

00:48They walk after other gods and they serve them.

00:51Jerusalem and Judah was prideful and they refused to listen.

00:56And because of this, it led to their ruin.

00:59God then instructed the prophet Jeremiah to go and prophesy to the people to warn them of the destruction that was coming.

01:07When I was in prayer today, the Lord said to me, I am a merciful God.

01:10I have warned the people to repent and to turn from their sin.

01:14I've warned that death and destruction is coming, but they refuse to take heed.

01:19It's not my will that man perish, but they have hardened their hearts towards me.

01:24This thing that happened is very tragic, but this is why it is so important to walk with God.

01:31Because you don't know when your time is up.

01:35A hundred and twenty-four people and counting lost their souls from a building collapsing on them.

01:42Don't take your life for granted.

01:44If you have not given your life to God, repent.

01:47God is pleading for the people to turn back to him.
