So you wouldn't expect a small village like Frenchham to be inundated with traffic and people
00:04
but that's exactly what's going on this weekend. A huge religious festival here in Frenchham with
00:10
potentially over 5,000 people coming to it but the big problem is Waverley Council has not done
00:16
its duty by actually informing residents that this is happening. So they're getting the noise,
00:20
the traffic, the disruption and this happened last year. I've been calling on Waverley Council
00:24
to step up to do its duty to investigate what's going on to make sure that next year
00:29
residents are properly consulted about events like this.
