In today's video I'm gonna be showing you guys how to fight for beginners. I'm gonna run you

through every single punch there is in boxing and I'm gonna show you the exact perfect technique to

guys is the jab. Now the jab is one of the most important punches if not the most important punch

because it's gonna teach you guys how to make range of the opponent, how to set up shots for your

place. So I'm gonna be showing you guys how to do it right now. So a jab is very simple all you assess

you're doing is extending your arm and bear in mind do not use a dominant hand for the jab. The jab is
