01:20It was the best school clothes.

01:23So having this rose out of the concrete has meaning for me, too.

02:09My favorite detail is how we kind of teetered with not going too far with the roses, but

02:16having just enough for the identity part of the diasporic identity and not changing

02:22the theme to be too whimsical.

02:25It was like a real fine balance.

02:28We had about six fittings.

02:32The one where we were working out the cape.

02:36And even, like, little small details like the holster.

02:45And the holster wanted to be in, like, the fire and being touched, and that was the last

02:58going to be okay, you know, and trusting the process.
