Queen of Hills, Mussoorie, was battered by heavy rain on Sunday, throwing normal life completely out of gear. Among other locations in Uttarakhand, popular tourist destination Kempty Fall particularly bore a spooky look as a huge gush of water was seen ravaging the surroundings as bystanders filmed the haunting site.
