00:00I don't think it's clear yet whether it's reform or the Conservatives that emerge as the main party
00:06of the right at the next general election. We don't have a candidate in that particular race,
00:12like watching Alien vs Predator, rather neither of them won, but we're determined to take them
00:17on. And with reform, Nigel Farage is now positioning himself as a candidate to be Prime
00:22Minister, so we'll take that threat seriously. He's got to start answering some questions about
00:27the NHS. He says that those who can afford to pay should. Well, who's he talking about?
00:32How much is he expecting them to pay? He wants an insurance-based system for our health care.
00:37Well, that's the dismantling of the National Health Service, free at the point of use we've had since
00:411948. If he wants to run the country, he's going to have to start answering some questions about
00:47how his policies stack up and the threat he poses to the NHS.
00:51Well, obviously, these are disappointing results for Labour. And we know that whether it's the
00:58Conservative Party or reform we're up against at the next general election, we're up for that fight.
01:03And we know that by the next general election, people need to be feeling the change, feeling our
01:09country is moving in the right direction. And while we're making progress, NHS waiting lists are
01:14falling, interest rates are coming down, wages are finally rising higher than inflation.
01:19And that change is not yet being felt universally across the country. So lots done, so much more
01:25to do, not a hint of complacency from this government. The Prime Minister is determined that we make
01:30progress on those issues, on the economy and cost of living, on our borders and security and on
01:35our National Health Service. We need to go further and faster.
01:38.
