00:09No question that I think everyone that follows what's happened during the last four years and has been involved in some way or another

00:18disappointed that the ceasefire that President Trump had initially asked the Ukrainians to agree to and they didn't ask the Russians to agree to.

00:33And privately, there was an opening.

00:38There was a reason for President Trump to believe that he had to deal with President Putin.

00:43And it is very disappointing.

00:45I think I think Vice President Vance is probably right that this is going to take a while.
