00:01Dhul Qarnayn with a mission

00:03and he's traveling.

00:04As he's traveling, a point came,

00:06the point when the sun was setting.

00:08It's not that he was waiting for the sun to set.

00:10He reached that point, destination,

00:12when the sun happens to be setting at that time.

00:15It's not that he's just,

00:16Oh, when is the sun going to set?

00:18Do you understand this?

00:19When I'm traveling,

00:20and I reach a point like Mabulaj,

00:22and the sun is setting,

00:23it's not that I'm waiting for the sun to set.

00:25It just happens to be that while I'm at Mabulaj,

00:29I reached that point when the time was there

00:31for the sun to set.

00:33So this is what he's describing.

00:35He found it setting in this murky pool of water.

00:38It doesn't mean God is saying

00:39the sun sets in a murky pool of water.

00:41God is simply describing his perception,

00:43his journey,

00:44what he saw,

00:45what his vision is,

00:46perception.

00:47And you somehow read with some twisted logic

00:51that yes, you know what,

00:52according to Islam, according to God,

00:54the sun sets in a murky pool of water.

00:56You need to really be more,

00:58more really genuine and sincere,

01:01to understand that the Quran is a book

01:03that invites you to worship Allah alone.

01:05And what do you do instead?

01:06You worship Jesus Christ.

01:07They say,

01:08the Quran made a mistake.

01:10They point to one verse,

01:12Surah Al-Khaf,

01:13verse 86.

01:14He found it setting in a dark,

01:16muddy spring.

01:17And they laugh.

01:18They say,

01:19see,

01:20the Quran thinks the sun sets in a puddle of mud.

01:23But pause.

01:24What do you see when you watch the sun set over the sea?

01:27Does it not look like the sun is dipping into the waves?

01:30This is the story of Dilkarnayn,

01:32a righteous king.

01:33He traveled west.

01:35And he found,

01:36Wahada,

01:36the sun setting in a spring.

01:38Not that it literally sinks into water.

01:41But that from his point of view,

01:42it appeared to do so.

01:44A natural expression.

01:46Even today, we say,

01:48the sun sets.

01:49No one calls that a scientific error.

01:51The Quran is precise.

01:53It doesn't say the sun actually goes into water.

01:56It says he found it.

01:57Just like you would find the sun setting behind mountains,

02:00or over the sea.

02:02The Quran spoke in a language humans understand.

02:05Using the human experience,

02:07not physics equations.

02:09The mistake is not in the Quran.

02:11The mistake is in how some people read it.

02:14Before you judge the word of God,

02:16read it,

02:17understand it.

02:18And then,

02:19you will find no errors.

02:20Only truth.

02:21The truth.
