Apple CEO Tim Cook said the company expects a $900 million cost impact from tariffs in the June quarter, according to its fiscal second-quarter earnings call Thursday. Cook said most iPhones sold in the U.S. next quarter will be made in India, while nearly all iPads, Macs, Apple Watches, and AirPods will come from Vietnam.  The shift reflects Apple’s response to rising tariffs on Chinese imports. Cook said Apple’s tariff exposure mainly stems from the 20% February IEEPA-related tariff on U.S. imports originating from China.
