00:00That's the reason I'm here, to try and help as many of these kids to push through to the next level

00:03and play as well as they can, but also develop them as people as well.

00:07There's some great young kids there.

00:10As I said, we have heaps of fun, but just to be able to play a little part in their development,

00:14both as a footy player but also as a person as well, it's really important.

00:19As I said, our staff are really good.

00:21We have a great time and the kids really bought into what we set up, but now they're driving it.

00:26So our standards, our staff set that from the get-go,

00:30but our kids are really bought into it and really drive along themselves now, which is great to see.
