00:00and that comes down to vendors it could be customers that could also be employees

00:04you don't want any more than 15 percent of your business to come from anybody in any one of those

00:11categories so imagine you've got a customer that makes up 50 percent of your business

00:14and somebody comes to acquire you and you have the relationship with that customer and that leaves

00:23a lot of liability for them if they pick up your business they buy your business and they lose

00:29their relationship because you're no longer there right so you want to diversify your income for

00:34your business across a large customer base you don't want to be too dependent on any one customer

00:39no more than 15 percent ideally because they could lose one or two of those might be 15 30 percent of

00:45your business but there's still a large amount of customers in that base and you're going to have

00:49some churn when management turns over

00:51there's still a large company that salty businesses start making segars for you
