Speaking to reporters outside the White House, Peter Navarro was asked about President Trump's attacks on former President Biden after the stock market slumped.

01:26Um, and so, um, he didn't leave us with a very good hand right now. We see things improving. Uh, we see our policies being put into action and we see very good.
