00:16His ratings bonanza, it's so much fun to watch.

00:18How could Dallas make that move?

00:20Now the Lakers are going to be stone cold favorites for the next five years to win championships.

00:25And the Lakers go out with a whimper last night.

00:28What happened in this playoff series with the Los Angeles Lakers?

00:34Well, not having a center to start with, Donnie, is what you've got to look at.

00:40Because, and again, this was all, I mean, we all applauded the Doncic trade for the Lakers.

00:45They kind of fleeced Dallas.

00:47But really, what that turned out to be, I think, Donnie, was a move for the future.

00:52That, you know, they move on from the LeBron era, and it's now going to be Luka's team.

00:56Because nothing about the makeup of this team was about this year.

01:02There is no way Rudy Gobert comes in and drops 27 and grabs 24 rebounds and knocks you out of the playoffs.

01:10When they went 7 of 47 from 3, the Minnesota Timberwolves did last night, and the Lakers had no answer for Rudy Gobert.

01:20So, you know, that Doncic trade will be looked at as the trade for the future of the Lakers.

01:25It was never about winning anything this year.

01:29The makeup of that team, let's face it, was not very good, and Minnesota took total advantage of it.
