00:00Once upon a time in a city not too far away, lived an ordinary girl named Lena.

00:05But Lena had a secret, a very big secret.

00:07Her best friend was a 90-foot-all cat named Marmalade.

00:11No one knew where the giant feline came from, but ever since Lena found him as a tiny stray,

00:16he had grown, and he'd grown, and he just kept on growing.

00:20The two were inseparable.

00:21Marmalade curled around skyscrapers like a living fortress, his purrs rumbling like distant thunder.

00:27He protected Lena from bullies by accidentally sitting on their bikes

00:31and helped her reach high places by lifting her in his paw.

00:34The government pretended not to notice, though black helicopters sometimes circled at a safe distance.

00:40One day, a mysterious man in a silver suit appeared.

00:44You shouldn't exist, he told Marmalade.

00:46The cat hissed a sound like a jet engine, and the man vanished in a flicker of light.

00:51That night, Lena found a collapsed star hidden in Marmalade's foot.

00:55It pulsed softly, whispering in a language she almost understood.
