00:29The other is Bihar

00:31They are completely different caste censuses

00:36The questions have been developed by a process of consultation

00:40Not a closed process

00:41Open closed process

00:43By asking the stakeholders

00:44What are the type of questions

00:46And it has been a very detailed

00:47Very granular exercise

00:48We would like

00:49The national census to follow

00:51Some of the ideas of the Telangana census

00:53And we are more than happy

00:55To help the government develop

00:57The national census on similar lines

01:01We have had two other issues that we have discussed

01:06Which are also central

01:07Which is the 50% cap on reservations

01:10Now this is becoming an impediment

01:12This is becoming an impediment to development

01:15To progress of our country

01:16And to the progress of

01:18Backward castes

01:19Dalits

01:20And Adivasis

01:21And we want this

01:2250% barrier to be eliminated

01:24And broken

01:25We have stated that

01:26We have achieved

01:28We have put enough pressure on the government to get the caste census done

01:31We want a date by when it is done

01:33We are going to put pressure on the government to make sure that 50% cap is destroyed

01:38And after that there is a third thing which is article 15-5 which is reservation in private educational institutions

01:46It is already a law

01:48We want that law to be implemented as soon as possible

01:50So that is broadly the structure

01:52We see the caste census as a new paradigm of development

01:57And we want to go beyond the caste census

02:00We want to understand

02:02What is the participation of 90% of our population in the power structure of our country

02:09Where are they participating effectively

02:12And where are they not participating

02:15And we want to give them participation and access to power

02:19So we are absolutely convinced in the congress party

02:22That the caste census is a first step of a completely new development paradigm in the country

02:28And we are going to push this paradigm through one way or the other

02:31It does not matter what the BJP thinks

02:33We have shown that we can pressure the BJP into doing the caste census

02:37We are going to show you that we are going to pressure the BJP into doing 15-5

02:40And also removing the 50% cap

02:44I think every congress member, every congress worker

02:50Every single person who has fought for the caste census

02:53And there are millions of people

02:54Activists from the backward communities

02:57Dalits, Adivasis

02:59I am very proud of what you have done

03:01This would not be possible without the effort

03:03Without the hard work that you have done

03:05It has been a sustained campaign that we have run

03:08And I am very proud of every single person who has helped us in this campaign
