Rainy Labor Day expected in VisMin, Palawan due to LPA, ITCZ

Large parts of Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan are expected to experience rainy weather on Labor Day, May 1 due to the combined effects of a low pressure area (LPA) and Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
