00:17take out key employee insurance on you and we can fund the policy with the assets from the from the

00:21llc it's not cheap to do that i will say you know if it's a 20 million dollar policy you're paying

00:27about four hundred thousand and in fees to get it set up um which is right off and you need that

00:35right off if you're making that kind of money right so it's two percent instead of pointing to the

00:40government uh so that's the trade-off there whatever you do to mitigate taxes is probably

00:46going to have some costs associated with it but the benefits outweigh the the costs right
