A fire devastated a property on the Mossley Estate Bloxwich overnight

Fire crews and police are investigating after the blaze which destroyed a property in Shrewsbury Closenand spread to neighbouring houses.

00:00Express and Style.com we're at the scene of a devastating house fire at Shrewsbury close on the Musley estate in Blockswich.

00:08It took cold last night around 9pm and was put out at around 11pm by firefighters.

00:15It spread to adjacent properties with residents evacuated and put up in hotels by Wartell Council.

00:21A nearby church also opened up to help out.

00:25It remains to be seen when the residents can return to their properties.

00:29Fire crews and an investigation team remain on site as do police.
