00:00I am really proud that I will go on any roller coaster or like any like water slide or you know

00:11we've um we did like oh we've done so many like I've stepped out of my comfort zone

00:19because of my love for my son so many times I'm really proud of that and I love it that

00:29he can count on me you know I and I know that he sees that I think it's always we had we all had

00:37um with kids of different ages um and I think what I had the good fortune of Jack who's 12 now

00:46being able to come down to Australia um and and be with me that was awesome um I think that you know

00:56we it's I think there's so much guilt and pressure of within oneself um uh being away and working

01:12from your kids and um and I think that almost allowing yourself to have kind of a good time

01:20or at least take a couple of moments to appreciate like oh you can just look after yourself now um in

01:27this moment um I think that we we all sort of we understand I'm grateful that we all understood

01:37like all the complications and nuance of of of being parents that are away from their their kids and

01:46working and um and the pressures in that come with being in the limelight having your parenthood examined

01:57a little more um than uh the average person
