00:18Meanwhile, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, or the FIVOX,

00:22reminded the local government agency as well as the public to refrain from entering the 4-kilometer radius permanent danger zone

00:31and 2-kilometer extended danger zone, especially now that the alert level 1 has been raised.
