00:00Major WWE plans for Alexa Bliss?
00:03The real reason.
00:04A WWE star swore at Triple H. An NXT star closes the TNA Rebellion show.
00:11And more.
00:12I'm Oli Davis, and this is the WrestleTalk News.
00:17Just like Rusev returned to WWE on Monday's Raw after Mania, the Smackdown after Mania
00:22got its own surprises.
00:24With former NXT Champion Aleister Black making his return after four years in AEW as
00:29Malakai Black to drop Miz with a Black Mass.
00:33The tag team of Nathan Frazier and Axiom after they lost their NXT Tag Titles to Hank and Tank
00:38at the previous week's Stand and Deliver, beating Lost Garza in their main roster call-up.
00:43And the most exciting debut of them all.
00:46This guy's prosthetic leg.
00:48Partying like he's Rocket Raccoon in a prison break, Montez Ford used a fan's prosthetic
00:52limb as a weapon during the Excellent Tables, Legs and Chairs main event.
00:56Which the fan himself, LuchaBigE, has since posted a video of on TikTok which now has 1.4 million
01:03views.
01:10Sadly, the leg wasn't made a permanent member of the SmackDown roster, as it was only Aleister,
01:31Axiom and Frazier, who have since been officially added to the blue brand's WWE.com section.
01:37The Wrestling Observer then reported WWE's plans for the next episode.
01:40It was announced later on SmackDown, the next week's show will have Blackface Miz in his
01:44first match.
01:45But Blackface Miz?
01:46We, we, uh, we, we, we, we're gonna, we're gonna bring that back?
01:50It was…
01:51Oh right, it's Aleister Blackface Miz.
01:55Right.
01:56Triple H wouldn't do anything like that.
01:58Credit to Reddit user IcyClock2643 for pointing out that choice Dave Meltzer wording there.
02:02It made me laugh a lot on Sunday.
02:04But what about all those other people who joined SmackDown who we haven't seen for about two
02:08months?
02:09In December, the Wyatt Six faction had just lost the first match in their feud against
02:13Karrion Kross' Final Testament.
02:15The reported plan was for the Wyatt Six to get their win back and then move into a program
02:20against the Judgment Day heading into WrestleMania 41.
02:23That didn't happen.
02:24Instead, Bo Dallas got injured and the faction had to be pulled from TV, not even getting their
02:29Final Testament win back.
02:30And they were moved to SmackDown as part of the transfer portal in mid-January.
02:34They've not wrestled a match there since.
02:37Even this time though, Alexa Bliss also made her long awaited return to the company after
02:41a lengthy spell out injured.
02:42She was also moved to SmackDown following her Royal Rumble comeback, while Wyatt Six references
02:47were planted in her backstage segments.
02:49She competed in the Women's Elimination Chamber match right at the start of March, but
02:53then she hasn't wrestled a match either and was removed from TV too.
02:57It's long been reported that WWE's intention is to put Bliss with the Wyatt Six, given her
03:02history with Bray Wyatt's Fiend character and the fact that there are only currently five
03:06members in a faction that sounds like the number six.
03:09It was claimed this would happen as soon as Bo Dallas was medically cleared, which he reportedly
03:14now is.
03:15Fightful has already reported that the faction will return to TV around WrestleMania time,
03:19so that's imminent.
03:21And now PWInsiderElite has more details on what Bliss will actually do in the faction,
03:26claiming that she won't just be another member.
03:28The belief is that she'll be leading the group.
03:33Before I get on with the rest of the news, here's a message from this video's sponsor.
03:36Ah, another day, another trip down the content mines with the news.
03:39Going somewhere, Oli!
03:41What?
03:42No, I'm going to stay right here, who the hell are you?
03:46I am LukeXRTour, a great and powerful champion!
03:50Well, what do you want, LukeX?

03:59News!
04:00Well, I've done the news, there's no more news, I've completed the news!
04:03But surely there must be some TNA news, or like, I dunno, CZW news?
04:09Well, I mean, there is, but I… not really… a thing people click for.
04:16What do you mean?
04:17Don't you know?
04:18Are you some kind of shill for WWE, while paradoxically also being a shill for AEW?
04:24Erm, well, no.
04:26No in any way.
04:27Well then, I shall have to crush you!

05:31Alexa Bliss and the Wyatt Six aren't the only wrestlers WWE apparently have big post-WrestleMania
06:01season plans for.
06:02As one of the most underrated guys from the last year might finally be getting his due.
06:08Even though his faction kind of won that feud with the Wyatt Six back in December, Karrion
06:12Kross found his group disbanded just the following month.
06:16Despite half a year of great character work influencing the heel turns of New Day and The
06:20Miz in subtle backstage segments, his followers of AOP and Paul Ellering were released, and
06:26The Miz was drafted away from him to SmackDown to be a racist.
06:29But Kross persisted, cutting great promos and lurking around the AJ Styles vs Logan Paul
06:34WrestleMania program.
06:36He got himself so over, he became the SmackDown Before Mania crowd's favourite to win the
06:40Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
06:42He ended up costing AJ his WrestleMania win against Logan, which led to one of the more fascinating
06:48parts of the whole weekend.
06:51Kross delivering a shoot promo on not being booked enough in an interview with Sam Roberts
06:55on a WrestleMania post-show, which he closed by calling out Triple H in all but name.
07:01Become undeniable, my ass, my ass.
07:05You want a viral moment?
07:07On behalf of all the true fans of professional wrestling, guy with the suit and tie in the
07:12truck?
07:13Go fuck yourself.
07:14That's from Killa Kross.
07:16Killa Kross is the name Karrion used before coming to WWE.
07:19And there was genuine speculation that Kross, whose WWE contract is reportedly expiring this
07:24summer, had actually gone off script, and was about to leave the company.
07:29His real life wife and on-screen partner Scarlett Bordeaux even posted, whatever happens next,
07:34we did it our way, proud to stand beside a man who never plays it safe.
07:41Kross then appeared on the following night's episode of Raw, pretty much confirming this was
07:44a work shoot, and Fightful followed up saying neither Kross or Bordeaux had any heat backstage
07:50for what they had said.
07:51In fact, the opposite ended up happening.
07:54His shoot promo reportedly turned heads in a good way.
07:58Fightful writes that the segment wasn't scripted for Kross, but he did get backstage approval
08:02due to the strong language, implying Triple H himself, who has been a supporter of Kross
08:07dating back to his NXT main event push, signed off on Karrion telling him to go F himself,
08:14so he could gain some storyline traction.
08:16And it worked.
08:17As it wasn't just the higher ups and us fans that were impressed, the locker room loved
08:21it too.
08:22Numerous WWE wrestlers told Fightful that they reached out to Kross both to check on him,
08:27and to thank him from cutting the promo and doing it in a way that could work in his character
08:32and outside of wrestling.
08:34WrestleVotes have now added that Kross will be getting extended opportunities on WWE TV.
08:39Which I'm guessing is a really weird way to say Raw TV time.
08:43And there should be a bit more space opening up on Raw at the moment, as former World Heavyweight
08:47Champion Gunther has been written off TV.
08:50Effectively turning babyface, Gunther choked out commentator Pat McAfee on the Raw After
08:54Mania episode, and WWE kayfabe indefinitely suspended him as of Friday.
09:00Bodyslam.net is now reporting the real reason for his suspension is because Gunther had requested
09:05some time off, following a 258 day World Heavyweight title reign.
09:09Elsewhere on Raw, WrestleVotes Radio is reporting that the current plan for the judgement day
09:13is for Finn Balor to finally turn on Dominic Mysterio at Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia,
09:19which is scheduled to take place on the 28th of June, but hasn't yet been officially
09:23announced by WWE.
09:25The two will then continue to feud through Summerslam in August.
09:29So we've covered Postmania Raw, we've covered Postmania Smackdown… oh yeah I forgot
09:33about WWE's other third brand, TNA.
09:37Sunday the 27th of April saw TNA's latest PLE Rebellion, which they claimed online had
09:43sold out the Galen Center in Los Angeles.
09:45It's always tricky to know what an actual sellout is these days, as events sometimes
09:49just put on a portion of the total capacity and claim selling all of those is a sellout.
09:54But if TNA did have the full 7,000 seats for that venue, it would be an all time record
10:00for the company.
10:01As cynical as I am about Randy Orton beating TNA World Champion Joe Hendry in three minutes
10:05at WrestleMania, or how I think long term WWE will suck TNA dry, right now, in the short
10:11to medium term, it's making TNA far more popular than they would be otherwise.
10:16A big portion of this is the NXT crossover, which effectively closed the show.
10:21After Joe Hendry retained his title against Frankie Kazarian and NXT's Ethan Page in the
10:25main event, NXT's Trick Williams attacked him from out of nowhere, solidifying the heel
10:30turn he's been building on weekly TV, grabbed the TNA title and dropped it on Hendry, presumably
10:35setting up an interpromotional match between them.
10:38Shawn Michaels later posted an open invitation to Hendry to settle his issues with Williams on
10:43Tuesday's episode.
10:44It likely means Trick's long-awaited main roster call-up is going to be even more long-awaited,
10:50where he can now experiment with how to work heel in developmental.
10:54Elsewhere on Rebellion, NXT's Fatal Influence won their trios match.
10:58Moose retained his X Division title in a crazy Ultimate X match where somehow nobody caught
11:03Leon Slater's Swanton 450 off the top of the truss scene.
11:06Masha Slamovich retained against Tessa Blanchard.
11:09The Nemeth Brothers won the tag team titles from the Hardys.
11:12And showing that a release from WWE is now just a draft to a different WWE-affiliated brand,
11:17and former NXT Women's Champion Indi Hartwell announced she's crossed the line to sign
11:23with TNA.
11:24It's a very interesting time for the global wrestling industry.
11:27WWE isn't just affiliated with TNA.
11:30It has outright bought the Mexican promotion Triple A, where Conan, who works there, has
11:35recently said,
11:36Our problem in Triple A isn't our talent, isn't our booking, it's that we didn't
11:40have any money.
11:41So, for example, they said in WWE that if you put all our TVs together for one year, it's
11:47not as much as they spend on one TV in the United States.
11:51Our show will look a lot better, and we're going to be able to work with their talent,
11:54not just NXT talent.
11:56And now with money, you'll see what we can do.
11:59It's a not-so-veiled threat at Triple A's long-time rival promotion, CMLL, who themselves
12:04have a working relationship with AEW, in a kind of Mexican proxy war between them and
12:09WWE.
12:10Perhaps in reply, CMLL held their 69th anniversary show last night in Arena Mexico in Mexico City,
12:17which opened with what felt like a message to the new WWE Triple A threat, a video that
12:22says as long as Arena Mexico exists, Lucha Libre will never die.
12:28Now click the video onscreen for me and Luke trying to fantasy book WrestleMania 42 a whole
12:34year in advance.
