Ingredients:
For White Sauce:
Butter (as needed)
Flour – 2 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup
Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano – to taste
For Chicken Topping:
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Chicken – 1/4 kg (small pieces)
Tomatoes – 3 (chopped)
Salt, Black Pepper, Red Pepper, Tikka Masala – to taste
Capsicum – 2 (chopped)
For Assembly:
Boiled Macaroni – 1 box
Mayonnaise, Ketchup – as needed
Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese – 100g each (shredded)
Oregano Powder, Chopped Capsicum (for garnish)
Step 1: Prepare White Sauce:
Melt butter in a pan, add flour, and fry until raw smell goes.
Gradually add milk while stirring to avoid lumps.
As sauce thickens, season with salt, black pepper, and oregano. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare Chicken Topping:
Heat ghee, add ginger garlic paste, sauté, then add onions and cook until soft.
Add chicken, cook until color changes.
Add tomatoes, cover and cook until tender.
Season with spices and add chopped capsicum. Lightly sauté and set aside.
Step 3: Assemble Pasta:
In a large bowl, combine boiled macaroni, white sauce, chicken topping, mayonnaise, and ketchup.
Place mixture in an aluminum tray.
Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Garnish with capsicum, oregano, and a drizzle of ketchup.
Step 4: Bake:
Preheat oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts and turns golden.
