02:40the driver on the day one day in advance we can have a happy day because we were part of the one day itinerary
02:45for a small group the driver went all the way to other hotels to pick up tourists the previous groups of guests
02:52were delayed and the hotel contacted the local operating company in japan but no one answered we felt that we were
02:58being let go by kluk and we felt anxious and uneasy we kept asking other cars parked at the door of the hotel and we all got
03:06negative answers that made us more and more nervous until a young man in uniform appeared and explained
03:11the reason for being late we were grateful that we were not let go the overall itinerary was arranged
03:17appropriately the nine tourists in the car were from singapore indonesia brazil and us everyone was very
03:24punctual the driver drove very smoothly and had a great service attitude unfortunately the weather that day
03:30was not good with rain thick fog and low temperatures so we had no chance to see mount fuji really impressed
03:37with the service we received we were kept informed before the day and knew exactly who was picking us
03:42up and when john our driver was exceptional going above and beyond throughout the day adjusting the
03:47itinerary to suit both the weather and what the group wanted john was happy to answer questions and take
03:53photos would definitely recommend the trip especially if the driver was john i enjoyed the tour even though
04:00our tour driver couldn't speak english he really tried his best to communicate it was a little
04:05complicated during the meantime but it went well visited places were very beautiful but i haven't had
04:11the time to take a solo picture at hakone shrine due to limited time cause the stop was only 30 or 40
04:16minutes and the line was too long all in all it was a fantastic tour for a solely traveler like me
