00:00When you do your best you can have peace and rest therefore you my friend don't

00:06have to stress. That's right just take peace and rest today when you've fully

00:12prepared and gone forth and made sure your way and you've done your best each

00:18and every day you can rest within and win and have peace and rest and you don't

00:25have to stress. I know it's a simple message but a lot of times we have a hard

00:30time possessing our soul to be made whole to manifest the message to own the

00:37moment and not be internally agitated or frustrated when things are not perfect

00:43such as today when I was teaching and the Wi-Fi was down and I'd have to wait so

00:48I'd make a joke I'd sing a song I walk around I talk to my students and just go

00:53off topic and improvise and sometimes you have to do that you have to be

00:57creative you have to be resourceful you have to be resilient and yet you have to

01:01be internally composed and at rest and at peace and not stressed so I speak speak

01:07peace to every storm in your life raging whether they be external or internal and

01:12I speak peace and let the Spirit of God and the wind of God blow and bring peace

01:18and harmony and divine flow and tranquility to you today and always and in your

01:23family and community and country and let the blessing of God overtake you and let

01:28the peace of God keep you and let the grace of God grip you and settle you and

01:32and cause your soul to be made whole
