Our visit to Da Swan Farmhouse, located in the serene surroundings of Ghauri Town, Islamabad, turned out to be a truly heartwarming experience. We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Shakeel, a man with immense love and compassion for animals. As we entered the farm, we were met with a clean, peaceful, and well-organized environment. The farm was home to a variety of healthy and beautiful animals, including Beetal goats, local cows, strong bulls, and adorable goat kids. Mr. Shakeel passionately shared stories and details about each animal, proudly describing their unique traits and how he had raised many of them with his own hands. The care and affection shown towards the animals were evident in their health, cleanliness, and comfort. The entire space reflected not just a business setup but a deep commitment to animal welfare. The farm also provided an educational experience for families and children, teaching them the importance of love and kindness toward animals. Mr. Shakeel emphasized that his mission is not merely trade but to raise awareness and promote compassion. He also mentioned that high-quality sacrificial animals are available at reasonable prices for Eid. As we ended our visit, we felt inspired and deeply touched by the dedication and sincerity at Da Swan Farmhouse—a place where nature, love, and service beautifully come together.
