Young Thug is back. The GRAMMY winner has returned with his newest Future-assisted single, “Money On Money.”
Clocking in at almost four minutes, the track features production work from Southside, Wheezy, Beatzbyrrose, Dez Wright and 9jay. “Money On Money” marks Thugger’s first solo track in over 18 months and arrives with a music video helmed by and Brendan O’Connor.
“Money On Money” arrives shortly after Thug announced his upcoming album UY Scuti. Set to release this summer, the project takes its name from what’s often referred to as the biggest known star in the Universe. Additional information, including a release date and features, are yet to be announced.

It will be his first project since he was released from jail, in the autumn of 2024, after agreeing to plead guilty to participating in criminal street gang activity. The new album’s title shares a name with a red supergiant star, one of the largest known stars in the universe.
Earlier this year, Young Thug (and Future) featured on Lil Baby’s “Dum, Dumb, and Dumber,” marking his return to the microphone after getting out of jail. He’ll play his first post-incarceration concerts this summer.
