Ward feels deserving of NFL's number one draft pick

00:01I think I'm one of the best players in this draft.

00:03I'm deserving, you know, this honor.

00:05But at the end of the day, draft pick don't mean nothing.

00:06It's all about how you produce on the field, you know,

00:08the type of teammate you are in the locker room.

00:11And at the end of the day, it's about wins.

00:12Wins judge everything, and as a quarterback,

00:13you got to go, you know, put on for it every Sunday.

00:16I think the biggest thing is that I don't care

00:18what the outside world thinks of me.

00:19The only opinion that matters to me is myself

00:21in the building in my locker room.

00:23And so that's who I am.

00:25On the football field, I'm a gunslinger.

00:27That's who I'll always be.

00:28And so I'm excited to, you know, get to Nashville soon.
