00:00This is a first on the channel, today we are going to test something new, something that I have never tested, it is a PC screen.
00:08So, you know, when I do my lives, I told you that I had two screens, now I have a third.
00:14This one is more for gaming, obviously, it's a Sony Inzone M10S.
00:21Before continuing, I'm going to ask you to subscribe, give me a like, comment at the end of the video or during the video, as you wish.
00:29But in any case, watch it in full, I have to tell you now, because otherwise there are some who forget.
00:34Come on, let's get unpacking, and then we'll do all the little things together, let's go.
00:59THANKS.
01:00THANKS.
01:01THANKS.
01:02THANKS.
01:03THANKS.
01:04THANKS.
01:05THANKS.
01:06THANKS.
01:07THANKS.
01:08THANKS.
01:09THANKS.
01:10THANKS.
01:11THANKS.
01:12THANKS.
01:13THANKS.
01:14THANKS.
01:15THANKS.
01:46THANKS.
01:47THANKS.
01:48THANKS.
01:49THANKS.
01:49a very complete little unpacking as I often say and there we really have everything we even have
02:06the display port 2.1 cable yeah it's still interesting so we really have everything all good
02:13First surprise: impeccable quality, a sublime screen, the stand clips on, apparently.
02:23solid it doesn't look cheap at all we are really on finishing qualities which are ok we have a
02:29wow effect the foot is simple it will not take up too much space it is pivoting you will also have
02:36on this foot, how to raise or lower this screen, how to tilt it, in short, we really have a
02:42quality which is beyond what I could imagine you will tell me it is normal it is
02:48Sony of course in any case we have a screen which is very thin without excess plastic all
02:55around we go directly to the essential a slab which is flat of 27 inches and what slab it
03:01is very fine it is frankly classy there is nothing to say it is really the word on the back of this
03:07screen we will find a block everything is put in this block to maximize space saving and we
03:14will find usb of course with an optical plug if you want to connect a sound bar
03:19in optics you will have HDMI up to HDMI 2.1 there will be two ports you will have
03:25the display port 2.1 to connect it of course to power it but we will also
03:32have jack behind if you have a jack headset because this screen unfortunately yes
03:37does not have a good speaker that with a pc plays with the sound of its screen I do not know generally
03:46we all buy at least small speakers to have a minimum semblance of bass because
03:51that I have never really felt a very good quality in terms of sound on the screens therefore
03:56Well, there it is, it is justified on that side in any case, very complete unpacking, first surprise there
04:03quality of finish the design we will now go and see on the program side yes there is one
04:09small program to install if you want to make different settings here we go it's called
04:13in hub zone this program what can we do and well you will already be able to update your
04:19screen yes it is important to know it because there is a micro software to update it you
04:24you will be able to make different settings on it and once you launch it you will see
04:29everything you can do like for example adjust the HDMI you will also be able to adjust the
04:35display port putting it 1.2 1.4 2.1 obviously for 2.1 you need a graphics card that can do it
04:42support you can imagine you will be able to customize the LED so the LED is just the LED
04:48extinction you will also be able to change the language you will be able to adjust the audio if you are
04:54on the mini jack of course and then you will go to the display settings and there
04:59you will have different modes game mode standard mode cinema mode s rgb mode but
05:05you will also have the fps pro fps pro plus mode which will help you in gaming you will be able
05:11simply enable or disable adaptive sync you will have low latency I will tell you
05:19advises to activate it to have the best response time in video games you will also be able to
05:25enable frame rate to see what frame rate you are at i don't have
05:30done like this for the video I do them a little differently so that you can
05:35have all the possible data to prove to you that we were in 1440p then we will go in the
05:43test part obviously in this test part you will see that I tested several games see
05:50how high it could go to see if he took it and indeed he took it quite a bit so there we are on
05:56something very very good even at the level of the small program and at the level of the technical sheet
06:02what can I say, well it's still very, very, very complete. We're on a 27-inch OLED screen.
06:09With this OLED screen you will have a refresh rate that can go up to 480
06:14hertz and it can go down to 24 hertz whether in display port or in hdmi it is variable
06:20and that's a very good point because when we need FPS in games, well
06:26he will give us the maximum of what he can give well I took out the little the little card
06:30because there is a lot to say here, Grandpa Garcia, I'm sorry, I'm copying you a little, but here I am, I took
06:37on you for the moment the file is very very long we will have synchronization
06:41adaptive obviously compatible with nvidia gsync variable refresh rate in hdmi
06:472.1 you will have a response time of 0.03 milliseconds you will have hdr10 hlg
06:55You will have HDR True Back 400 display, this is typical of Sony Bravia screens.
07:02which will frankly also give you a very nice contrast or you will also have an HDR which is
07:07really very bright so we are on something frankly where Sony has pushed to the maximum
07:12the gaming screen you will have a brightness which goes to 275 cd per square meter you will have a
07:18maximum brightness that goes up to 1300 a contrast ratio of 1 million 500 thousand by a range
07:2598.5% color you will have a 178 degree viewing angle and that's true because you
07:31you put it right on the side of the screen we can still see obviously it is anti-reflective this
07:38which is very important when you are playing because you don't want to be disturbed.
07:42you have a tuff certification for blue light an anti feeling certification also a tuff good the
07:49picture mode sdr fps fps pro plus fps pro moba rts cinema game standard s rgb hdr display hdr cinema game and rpg
08:03I think that here we are still on something very complete, good you will have an equalizer of
08:08black yes it is there you will have a game assistant yes it is there so it is a timer a counter
08:13refresh rate that can be displayed where you will have well yes a little help for the
08:18cheat the viewfinder which is permanently there for me it is cheating adjust the agdr automatically
08:24no however but in any case the automatic image mode by genre yes you will have the
08:30on-screen menus, different languages, etc., etc., in short, you get the idea, we're onto something
08:36very very good it has a weight of 4.2 kg alone so on the articulated arms it will pass on all because
08:43that in addition to that it is VESA compatible and you will have a weight which is 6.2 kg with the
08:49foot the foot weighs 2 kg it consumes 120 watts in standard mode power consumption in eco mode 23.1 watts
08:57standby power consumption 0.5 watts I turn it off every time I don't leave it on standby
09:02economy obliges so that's how it is what do you think of this technical sheet I think it is
09:08still very complete we are on something quite rare at the level of the technical sheet because
09:14that here we push the game much further I think that the best thing is to go and see what it is going to be like
09:21give in video game what I propose to you then well I made the assembly expressly for you you will
09:28have a legion on his left a 27 inch legion screen on his left in lcd but you will also
09:36have an odyssey g7 on its right and then you will have the sony so you will be able to compare
09:42So you're going to tell me yes, but that's cheating because there's an OLED and two LCDs, yes.
09:47but it is to make you realize that there is a price behind it and this price is still
09:52justified when we see the legion which is much cheaper than we get into the entry-level range.
09:57is around 270,300 euros, well we are a little higher than the entry level I admit and
10:02then you will have on the you will go on the g7 which has a price which is already almost double
10:07of the legion to then go to the sony which is the double of the odyssey and like that you will
10:13to be able to realize that there is still a resolution behind you, you will be able to
10:16also realize that we have an image quality which is behind it is not nothing what I tell you
10:22now we are going to see the video game section, what did it give in game?
10:26video and I was very surprised

12:59...
13:01...
13:03...
13:05...
13:27...
13:29...
13:31Well, as you can see, I had you play some video games and what surprised me the most was,
13:37so, Forza Horizon 5, graphics at maximum, Calisto Protocol, graphics at maximum,
13:44you also had Fortnite, graphics at maximum epic,
13:50I gave you the maximum of what I could give you to also show what he was capable of doing.
13:55We'll start with the PlayStation first.
13:58As you can see, with a PlayStation 5, a PS5, as they say, we are still at the maximum,
14:05we are at 120 Hz and it doesn't budge.
14:08And that's nice to see that your PS5 can give its best.
14:12Finally, we have perfect compatibility with the PlayStation 5 for perfect gaming.
14:19Because, yes, I have a Wicca TV and I still feel like the PlayStation 5 wasn't delivering what it was supposed to.
14:25There we have perfect compatibility.
14:28That's it, quite simply.
14:30So, I'm obviously not going to criticize my television because I like it,
14:33but in any case, we frankly have the screen that goes with the PS5.
14:37Well, if we now move on to PC video games,
14:42you saw it in the short sequence, we still have something that is quite good.
14:48By that I mean that we often exceed 200 FPS, 240, we go higher.
14:53But where I was most surprised was in performance mode on Fortnite where we exceeded 493 FPS at one point.
15:03And honestly, I'm not going to lie to you, I've never had that.
15:07The most I had was on Dino's PC, so with full AMD, with an RX, a 7800 XT.
15:17We weren't on the best, most powerful AMD graphics card, but in any case,
15:21and he gave me a 360 FPS.
15:24And that was the most I had ever had.
15:25And yet, I still have an RTX 4070 Ti Super base.
15:30For the tests here, I stayed with this 40 Ti Super.
15:33But to also test the DisplayPort, I got myself a small 5000.
15:38I'm not going to lie to you, to have the best of the 5000 and test this screen with a 5000.
15:44Anyway, David, thank you for lending me your 5000.
15:49And what did I find?
15:50Well, we frankly had a fluidity, a response time that was perfect.
15:57If I have to talk about this screen now, I'm not going to lie to you.
16:01However, there is one small thing you will need to think about.
16:05If you're not playing, always remember to go to InZone Hub
16:09to reset your settings to theater mode or non-game mode.
16:15Because once you're in game mode, it's true that the colors are very flashy.
16:19Is it disturbing? No, actually, I found that it helped me a lot more in the game.
16:24It makes the game look much better.
16:26But anyway, other than that, if you're working or whatever,
16:29My preference was standard or cinema, where we really had something softer.
16:35But in video game mode, it was really the best.
16:38So there you have it, that's my little extra tip, at least in use.
16:42For me, it was a very, very nice surprise.
16:44I loved this screen.
16:47Well, I think that's a bit of a blah blah, more than three minutes long.
16:50I've been talking to you about screen quality for three minutes.
16:54You saw what it was like in video games.
16:56I think we'll go with the conclusion.
16:58And frankly, she's not bad at all.
17:00I'll give you a little spoiler.
17:01Before we go to the conclusion, one little thing.
17:04I suggest you go and see the difference in colorimetry between the Legion on different images
17:11and precisely this Sony in Zone, between the Sony and the Samsung Odyssey G7.
17:19So like that, you will have different visions of the thing.
17:23And I'm going to try to change the images a little bit, like that, it really gives you an idea of the sharpness of the image,
17:29but also colorimetry and brightness, contrasts, etc.
17:34So here we are on the Sony screen.
17:37We will get closer to the different icons.
17:39As you can see, I'm in standard mode.
17:41All three screens were set to standard mode.
17:44If I pivot this way, we have the Legion.
17:48If I pivot over there, we have the Odyssey G7.
17:53You'll notice that there is no flicker on the In Zone, and there is a slight flicker on the Legion.
18:02If I now step back, like this, you don't pay attention to the cable that passes,
18:07you have the different colorimetries.
18:10I remind you that we are in standard.
18:12I'm going to move on to another image now to show you the difference.
18:17We were more in the blues just now.
18:20Now we are more on an image that is pulling towards the greens, as you can see.
18:24You will see the level of detail.
18:25So here we are on the Sony.
18:28We're going to go to the side.
18:30There, we are still on the Legion, still in the greens.
18:33We can notice that there is still a slight difference in the shades of green.
18:37And if we come back this way, we have the Samsung.
18:41The Samsung pulls very hard in the greens.
18:44If we take a step back, you have a difference.
18:47And so, as we can see, there is still a difference in the turquoise.
18:52The Samsung will be more green.
18:56And the Legion has slightly paler green colors.
18:59This time, we are still on another image, but one that will go more with the reds.
19:03Obviously, the red games.
19:05This way we can see this Sony screen in the red.
19:09If we pivot, we can see that there is a more accentuated red on the Legion, as you can see here.
19:16There it is softer on the Sony, but on the Legion it is much more aggressive.
19:20If we now move on to the Samsung, we will notice once again that we are on colors...
19:27The red is a little less intense and much paler.
19:29If we take a step back, once again, you will be able to see a difference, obviously, on the three models.
19:37So.
19:37This way, you can clearly see what it looks like in the reds.
19:42This last image obviously mixes reds, greens and blues.
19:47But me, why did I take it?
19:49That's because it's actually to show you the detail.
19:51As you can see here, we have a lot of details.
19:55So on this Sony in-zone, I get closer so you can see the detail.
19:59We have a clarity that is impeccable, even if we look at the small houses in the corner over there.
20:05If we go on the Legion, we feel that there is...
20:10It's not that it's less sharp, but as you can see, the trees are a little less detailed.
20:16If we go to the small houses, we can notice that it is already a little more pixelated.
20:20And of course, you will tell me, we are on LCD, the blacks are less deep, etc.
20:25But we immediately feel that there is one detail missing.
20:27If we now move on to the Samsung, then there we have some detail.
20:33But where I'm going with the Samsung is that the green is less accentuated.
20:38You see what I mean?
20:39We are more on a darker green.
20:41Now, the level of detail is up to you to see.
20:45I'll compare it to you here.
20:46Here we can see on the windows where we have detail on the Sony.
20:53And if we go to the little houses over there, there you go.
20:56Here we can see again that there is a little less depth detail.
21:02And now I'm going back so you can see all three images.
21:06I hope you have noticed the difference between these three screens.
21:11Of course, you're going to tell me, it's three different prices, absolutely.
21:15But it was to show you that sometimes, often, we say yes, it's expensive.
21:18But no, the price is still justified because there is something behind it.
21:22Now we move on to the conclusion.
21:241249 euros on the Sony website.
21:27You're going to tell me, it's a lot of money.
21:29I grant you that.
21:30But we are on OLED.
21:32We are on 1440p, 2K.
21:34So, if you need a 4K screen, just go for the M9.
21:39And yes, there is a 4K at Sony.
21:41This 4K from Sony, moreover, runs at 240 Hz and is less than 1000 euros.
21:46I saw it for 999 euros.
21:48So, like that, I'll give you the little information.
21:50Why is this one more expensive?
21:52Of course, technology means that we are increasing the refresh rate,
21:56response time, etc.
21:57And of course, there is a cost behind it.
22:00What are its faults?
22:02I did, however, note two.
22:04I'm not going to lie to you.
22:05You know, I like to scratch a little.
22:08The first drawback is that there is no speaker.
22:11And yes, because, yes, we all buy speakers, I said that at the start.
22:15But there are some, if you don't have the budget because you bought the screen and you bought a nice tower
22:19and you have to wait a month or two, it's a little bit annoying.
22:22So, it's true that we would have liked to have speakers.
22:26The second little thing, what I would have liked, is simply a remote control.
22:35This is the remote control for an Odyssey.
22:37I don't ask for a big remote, but I would have liked a small remote,
22:40just to go into the menus, turn it on and things like that.
22:44For me, that would have been the little extra with this screen.
22:48Besides that, we have a screen that, honestly, has nothing to envy, even from televisions.
22:58We have Sony technology behind it, 100% compatible gaming technology,
23:03or even 200% compatible with your PlayStation 5, PlayStation Pro, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4 Pro,
23:08whatever you want, but it will give you the most out of the console,
23:12in any case a transfer rate that corresponds to what your console wants to give.
23:16Besides that, if you also want to make a small gaming setup on a desk,
23:21If you already have a PC, you can place your PlayStation on an HDMI,
23:25but you will be able to put your PC on a DisplayPort.
23:28And you will be able to put this DisplayPort in 2.1, if you have the graphics card that corresponds to it.
23:34But this DisplayPort, it's going to give you everything you need.
23:38For players who want to improve, this is what you need.
23:42But be careful, I've been talking a lot about games lately,
23:46and I also say that some, I know that some will come to me and will say to me,
23:52Yes, but what about those who work?
23:53Well, precisely, the fact that there is no blue light, the fact that there is no flickering,
23:58but also the fact that you will be able to adjust the image to standard, cinema and others,
24:03This means that you will be able to watch videos on it without any problem,
24:07but you will also be able to play, but above all work.
24:11Because if I put it there, it's because I'm working on it,
24:15I do video editing, etc., and it went really well, frankly.
24:19The level of detail on this screen is just perfect.
24:23So, in the comparison you saw earlier,
24:26There is a difference, of course, between a screen at 300 euros,
24:31a screen at almost 700, it is at 700, and a screen at 1200.
24:35Certainly, but this difference is not, it is notable.
24:40We really see a big difference, whether in image quality,
24:43in finesse in the writing, in everything.
24:46The blacks are deep, and we have that anti-glare that does the job.
24:50In short, yes, I like my screens, but this Sony, I must admit,
24:55he gives a slap, he moves to a higher range.
24:59We are frankly on to something else.
25:02Especially since we are finally returning to flat screens,
25:07but on top of that, you have a design that is crazy.
25:10You have response time, FPS that go further,
25:15and who is in play, it shows.
25:17This is something that cannot be denied.
25:21It's something you need when you're a gamer.
25:24So, obviously, if you are a Sunday player,
25:27I recommend this screen for its beauty and quality.
25:30In any case, you will obviously see less quality and response time than a professional.
25:39But for anyone who wants to progress in gaming,
25:41This is the screen you need.
25:43And frankly, I'm not going to change my mind.

26:05I hope you enjoyed this video.
26:06Feel free to leave me a comment, and of course subscribe.
