00:00Last night, again, the Oilers and Canadians both lost.

00:06The Canadians 3-1 at the Capital One Center,

00:10and the Oilers flat out got their ass beat at the Crypt in L.A.

00:16They're going back to Edmonton.

00:17They're going back to Montreal.

00:19The last time they had a playoff game there, I guess,

00:21was during COVID when they let about 3,000 people into the arena.

00:25It'll be a lot crazier than that for when Washington has to go play them

00:29at the Bell Center.

00:31But what did you think of both of their games last night

00:33and the Sagan overtime winners?

00:35Dallas has never really led the whole series, but they keep winning games.

00:41Yeah, as far as the Montreal Canadiens are concerned,

00:43unlike the Edmonton Oilers, they're in the series.

00:46They're going to be a day late and a dollar short.

00:48Their youth is showing at times.

00:50It was pretty wild, Scott.

00:51Last night, watching the Canadians in the Capitals game,

00:54it's a 2-1 game, and what a bad beat.

00:58What a backbreaker, bro, for the Canadian backers, plus one and a half.

01:01The Capitals score was 0.7 seconds left in the empty net.

01:17But Logan Thompson's performance last night was just absolutely epic.

01:23But I was going to say, the Canadians, Scott, it's like five minutes left in the game.

01:29And they literally had four guys on the ice, bro, that are 23 years old or younger.

01:35Like, it's really something.

01:36Like, these kids are battling with, you know, the so-called one seed in the East.

01:41But I'm telling you what, the Canadians are winning the Stanley Cup

01:44in, like, the next four or five years type of deal.

01:48I think they could win two, Scott, in Montreal.

01:50Well, Friday night's going to be rocking, as you stated.

01:54They haven't had a full building in Montreal in the playoffs since 2018, Scott.

02:22And the Montreal Canadiens, they only let people in for the Stanley Cup final.

02:33It was probably really about eight because they kind of lied a little bit.

02:36But it was nuts, Scott.

02:38I was at game three of the Stanley Cup finals.

02:40Montreal Canadiens, Tampa Bay Lightning, sitting in the third row,

02:44right behind the net, Scott, right behind the net,

02:48I had the entire row to myself.

02:51I had my arms stretched out.

02:53I had all my drinks, like, laid out, like, all, like, around me.

02:57You know, like, when you sit, Scott, like, at an empty baseball game,

03:00the security told me a couple of times,

03:02hey, hey, come on, man, you're pushing it.

03:04I had my, like, my feet, like, in the chair in front of me

03:07because, you know, you and I are tall.

03:09Of course.

03:09So I'm stretched out.

03:11I got the drinks.

03:12And I got the whole row.

03:14The only bad part was the Lightning scored two goals

03:16in the first 30 seconds of the game or whatever it was.

03:18And I lost my bet and we lost the game.

03:21But, yeah, it's going to be a madhouse.

03:22Edmonton are in trouble, bro.

03:24Like, Edmonton are in trouble, Scott.

03:27We talked about if the LA Kings are going to keep putting six spots up on the board,

03:30how the hell are you going to beat them?

03:32The Oilers are falling apart.

03:34You know they're a prideful group.

03:35They came back last year from 3-0 down.

03:38But this isn't last year, right?

03:40So I think the Kings will take one of the two in Edmonton

03:43and they'll go back home up 3-1.
