01:59show but uh i just really don't think that uh she's she's the one for me uh the lifestyle she lives
02:07is is different than mine you know i work nine to five i got to get up early most mornings you know
02:14that you know nightclub lifestyle it's really not my theme well i mean you knew she was in a band when
02:20you went on two dates with her and then you went and saw her so what's like what what's what's the
02:25problem yeah no i mean it was it was cool to see her perform and you know when you're meeting someone
02:31for the first time you kind of step outside maybe the things you normally do but you know to be honest
02:36it was really just during the uh the break she was just accepting drinks from every stranger at the
02:42bar everyone was buying her drinks she was drinking a lot and like i said that's that's
02:49that's not really my scene you know and and honestly she was trying way too hard with with all of that
02:54well i mean she is a performer and she's got to kind of work the crowd a little bit right
02:59i mean she's in an 80s cover band so let's let's scale that back a little bit um
03:06oh man you know i i don't know it was just a little much for me i think about like what if
03:12i wasn't there you know it's you know she spent i don't know like maybe five minutes with me like a
03:17very high buy sort of thing when she was on one of the breaks and then she was off you know getting
03:23drinks with basically everybody else at the bar every todd dick and harry wanted to buy her a drink
03:27and uh that's just that's just not really you know that's not really my my lifestyle okay well
03:33here's the deal we actually have uh her on the phone with us paul with bethany with us that's how
03:38we know about you that's how we know how things went down i want to bring her back on bethany you
03:43heard what paul had to say yeah hey paul uh hey hey so i can't believe that you would be like
03:50actually jealous of people like buying me drinks you know we've worked for tips right so like
03:57getting the crowd loosened up people give us more tips people buy you drinks it's kind of the way

04:09dates i'm just saying that that's not really the lifestyle or the kind of person that i want to be

04:31know i don't know wow okay so when you're not there we're actually singing we keep on singing
04:37and um people give us tips and people book us you know hopefully for other you know gigs down the
04:43line yeah really because i feel like i feel like adele doesn't need to do that well yeah adele is
04:50also a millionaire it's like excuse me and she's just like she's not in a band it's adele it's like
04:56come on everybody has to start somewhere hey look man i am chasing my dream it's like i'm out there
05:01you know working hard every weekend okay dream you're in an 80s cover band yeah i'm confused is
05:07it about what she does or is it about some guys buying her drinks when she's performing i'm confused
05:12paul to be honest like i said it's just the lifestyle i'm kind of a different kind of guy
05:19you know i gotta wake up early i work you know monday through friday you know doing my gig being
05:25out late and that kind of you know the scene but it's just not for me and bethany you're trying way
05:31too hard i mean nice wow but i don't i don't want to be a jerk but you're not that great of a singer

05:43is not a good match because for a few reasons but first of all bethany i mean you're an artist and
05:47you're trying to do something that you know and chase a dream and i think that's great and you
05:51should and i don't think you need someone who's going to support that and i don't think that's
05:56going to be paul as far as supporting it i don't mean financially i mean supporting you and chasing
06:00your dreams see and and that's that's the other to see i mean when i think of someone long term i
06:05don't really want to be supporting someone and i don't really see this going anywhere for you okay
