00:22I know some AI safety folks, they will point to nuclear as a successful sort of controllable technology.

00:32And I think the thing that made it so that we're not destroying ourselves is a mutually assured destruction.

00:39North Korea has nuclear bombs. There's all this discussion on Iran.

00:44There's countries that have nuclear bombs, like Israel, that don't want to say that they have nuclear bombs.

00:49And so I think that, you know, when you think about the geopolitics, it is it is anarchy and you can't really control the, you know,

00:58the UN doesn't have a way to enforce these things.

01:02So ultimately, you know, for better or worse, you know, countries will be able to do whatever they want with this technology.

01:10And I think it's going to be it's going to be sort of offensive versus defensive AI.
