After lighting up college football, quarterback Cam Ward has been tipped to be the first overall pick in 2025.

00:00I think just what separates me from everybody is the way I approach it.

00:09It's all about establishing yourself once you get the opportunity.

00:12I kind of like his story. I like his demeanor and just how he goes about his business.

00:30He seems like a very confident guy, somebody who kind of just doesn't flinch.

00:35So, yeah, I'm excited to see him play and see where he ends up as well.

00:39Yeah, the quarterback position obviously is a valuable position in our league.

00:43We all know that. So, I'm a quarterback guy. I do like seeing quarterbacks.

00:47As we went through our process, there were a couple as we went through the stops.

00:52I'm not worried about no spotlight.

00:54This is one time in my life where I wasn't in the spotlight.

00:56And it's crazy to see how everything can change.

01:02You're the franchise quarterback somewhere.

01:04So, you know, I just put my head down.

01:05I work every day and the long run's going to pay off.

01:07I think we'll both end up being one of the best quarterbacks in the league.

01:14the relationship we have to constantly compete each and every day

01:17to better our craft for ourselves,

01:20I just think it's going to end up paying off for us in the long run.
