00:37Ukraine has never asked from a former point of view to become a NATO member. So we are speaking

00:44about something that the Ukraine have never asked for. They may have this in mind, but they never

00:49asked from a former point of view. The second thing is that it is clearly off the table, and

00:55even yourself, I mean, you are a good professional. If you think for a moment about that, in order

01:02to have a country admitted to NATO, you need a consensus. Consensus means that everybody in

01:08NATO should agree on that. It's a rule. So I don't see a consensus in NATO about the membership

01:16that has never been there, by the way.
