01:06We have a MOU with NIFT, which is how our Khadi's stitching, labeling, color combination, packaging,
01:19and branding. Our young people wear Khadi's clothing, wear Khadi's clothing, wear Khadi's clothing,
01:26and wear Khadi's clothing. We are working in this country. We are doing a lot of fashion
01:34shows in the country. We are going to go to the universities. We have opened a store in IIT

01:48In the past 11 years, Khadi and village industries have undergone a remarkable transformation,
01:55with production jumping 347%, sales growing by 447%, and employment generation rising by
02:05over 49%. Today, KVIC is providing jobs to 1.94 crore people across the country, many in the
02:16most remote rural areas. Khadi clothing too saw an explosive growth. From just Rs 1,081 crore
02:25in 2013-14, sales have surged to Rs 7,145 crore in 2024-25. A staggering 561% increase. The iconic Khadi,
02:41Ram Udyog Bhavan in New Delhi also clocked a record Rs 110 crore in business, nearly double its 2013-14
02:50numbers. This monumental performance, as Chairman Manoj Kumar stated, is not just about numbers. It is a
02:59testament to the spirit of Atmanirbhar Bharat and a step closer to realising the vision of Viksit Bharat by 2047.
