00:17It has been a tough winter. No sugarcoating it, but when summer comes, I mean it's going to break loose like crazy.
00:25Yeah, it's going to be great.
00:26And we're locked and loaded, we're ready to go.

00:30If anyone's looking for anything having to do with Harley-Davidson and riding, they can come to Motor City of Harley-Davidson.

00:38Well, not only do we have the largest selection of Harley-Davidson's in the state of Michigan, we have almost 500 motorcycles at this store alone.
00:45But you know, for us, it's more than just a motorcycle.

01:06There was only two barn shield dealers in the entire state of Michigan.

01:10And I take great pride in that.
01:11My team worked very hard and that is a whole avenue of things that make that happen.
01:18And part of them, one of the things is customer service and CXI where we get our scorecard from the customers.
