00:26that they must hand over intellectual property rights.

00:29And then what the Chinese do is copy the product and then produce it in massive volumes

00:35so as to put that original company under enormous economic pressure.

00:41But again, I guess I'm not surprised, but I'm struck by the rhetoric that Dr. Gao is using,

00:48which is a rhetoric of war, war, war, which is, again, the last thing the United States

00:54or Donald Trump, President Trump wants.

00:58But this is, I think, this is indicative of the kind of wolf warrior diplomacy, as it's called,

01:06that Xi Jinping's China has adopted.

01:09And it is exactly that to which the United States is responding.
