00:00This season takes place over the course of Holy Week, so there's some really
00:06pivotal moments in Jesus's ministry that happened this season and it feels like
00:12we're like running out of time because you know the inevitable is just around
00:18the corner and and it's it's not quite tragic yet but it does feel there's this
00:27urgency to the season that that we're all feeling that sort of it feels
00:33unpredictable and unexpected and we're just kind of trying to navigate what
00:40what Jesus has told us very publicly that what is about to happen to him and so
00:46this season Mary is is trying to stop it from happening honestly she's she she's
00:54been listening she's been paying attention to what's been going on and and
00:57she's wanting to help him in any way she can she doesn't know that it's
01:02inevitable you know these characters don't know that it has to happen but you
01:07know she's doing everything she can to try to help them so Jesus tells everyone
01:11very plainly what's going to happen to him and I think everyone deals with it in
01:16their own ways I think a lot of the disciples don't want to believe it nobody
01:20wants to believe it and so there's this maybe denial or hope that it's figurative
01:27instead of a literal occurrence and and others are trying to maybe fight this
01:38this from happening Mary wants to stop it from happening and she goes out to to
01:48seek this those who can maybe help her maybe help stop this I think the the
01:55biggest thing that she's seeing occur is the Pharisees the religious leaders
02:01really misunderstanding or not not wanting to understand what Jesus is saying
02:10they're all so insulted by what he's been saying that they can't see him for who he is and and so I
02:19think she's almost wanting to like if they could understand who he really is maybe
02:25they won't want to put him to death and so I think there's just there's a lot of
02:31struggles and a lot of politics going on and in the midst of all of that Mary is
02:38trying to to navigate it to maybe change the course of things I think they've built a
02:45second soundstage so I haven't seen it yet I'm not in any of the scenes but yeah
02:52they've got these two wonderful studios essentially where they can build sets
02:59within them to keep us from the Texas heat just wonderful and so yeah I'm it'll
03:06be a surprise to me as much it is to viewers whenever we get to see it but from
03:11what I hear it's going to be incredible I don't know if I can share it there were
03:17there were two scenes that I was really excited when I read them one of them
03:24surprised me one of them didn't surprise me as much but I was very grateful that
03:30the writers included it and you know there's there's one where a group of us
03:37women get to share with Jesus what he means to us and it was it's just so
03:45beautiful to ship to to show these women taking care of Jesus in the way that he's
03:49taking care of everyone and so I thought that was really lovely to get to see that
03:55in this season and then there's another scene that I can't say anything about but
04:01I'm very very excited for everyone to see one of my favorites yeah
