00:00In habit, there is no decision-making involved, right? You just do it. You just do it.

00:07So habit is not the problem. The problem is that we are habituated for the wrong things.

00:12Habits should be where there is really only one right decision possible.

00:19In all those matters, be fully habituated. In fact, if you are not habituated in those matters,

00:25then it's a problem. Because you will create alternatives for yourself where there must be no alternatives.

00:34You will start thinking of things that should not be thought of.

00:38Those roots, those ways will open up in front of you that lead only to misery and hell.

00:46Be habituated towards the truth. Be habituated towards freedom.
