Marriott CEO says Taylor Swift and Beyoncé's impact on travel is "huge"

Marriott’s CEO told Fortune that travel around sporting events and concerts are having “huge” impacts.

00:09just became a sponsor of the Cowboy Carter Beyonce tour, which I think is

00:15going to be another series of big events that people plan their travel. The other

00:19thing we're seeing is the phrase people use is dupe travel. So finding an

00:25alternative destination that has similar attributes, so maybe there's more

00:29accessibility, maybe it's a little more affordable.
