00:24And they celebrated at whose expense?
00:26The parents who watch their kids' college savings accounts get depleted.
00:31The retirees who rely on their investments to carry them through their remaining years.
00:34And the small business owners, including many in my district,
00:37who don't know how to plan and don't know how to keep the lights on at this point.
00:40This wreaked havoc on millions of Americans.
00:43And those Americans also deserve to know about what happened and who profited off of it.
00:49Did the financial executives know about what was going to happen?
00:53Did the president's donors know?
00:54Who knew and who profited from this great time to buy tweet and everything that was leading up to it?
