03:24You know, the ridiculous part about this, he's putting all the tariffs on these countries.

03:30He doesn't have enough border guards or immigration officers or anybody in government to handle all this stuff.

03:38He's getting rid of them all. He's not hiring anybody.

03:42So, what? Are the goods just going to sit at the shipping port? Is that what's going to happen?
