This is the touching moment 30-year-old chimpanzee Mahale met her newborn daughter just 14 hours after a planned C-section at Sedgwick County Zoo in Wichita, Kansas. The baby girl, named Kyansa after a Tanzanian mountain peak, is Mahale’s fourth offspring, and the newest addition to the animal sanctuary. Yair Ben-Dor has the story.
