00:19start with Megan Markle, who had to issue apologies to her customers, as ever
00:26because they purchased and paid for a $28 bottle of honey, and Megan didn't
00:32have the product. So she had to reach out to those customers and say, I'm so sorry,
00:36this product doesn't exist. There was a glitch in the system. You can have
00:41another product. You can have a refund. I'll send you some honey at a later date.
00:44But this is incredibly embarrassing for somebody that's trying to brand herself
00:48as a girl boss and, you know, Confessions of a Female Founder. Hopefully this is
00:52episode one. But if I were a consumer, I'd be so angry watching all of the
00:57Kardashians and all of the famous friends opening up their as ever
01:01packages, their swag bags, knowing that I'm being told there's not enough
01:06product when Kim Kardashian got hers for free.
