00:06If earlier 353 get counselling, so from counselling in our PSSS, we get to know, from the findings, we get to know what they need.
00:23So from there, we have coordinated them according to the needs of the individual.
00:32It is not a comprehensive need.
00:35Every day, no less than 10 days, and they have 3 shifts in 1 day.
00:41How is the decision of all the victims involved in the counselling assistance?
00:49They need somebody to talk to.
00:51But mostly, it is not a big problem.
00:58So that's why we categorise them.
01:02Because some want to get out of here, they just want to get fresh air.
01:06But they want to share, through the sharing, they talk about their needs.
01:13There are also those who are really traumatised, but not many.
01:19How many per cent?
01:20Maybe around 0.7 per cent, not many.
01:24Because those who are really bad are already in the hospital.
01:29So they have been here for a week, they are still in a good condition?
01:34I think it is because they are in a place of struggle.
01:38And also, what is needed, most of the time, they get it.
01:43So Alhamdulillah, we do listen.
01:46So even though it is a small thing, but we get it.
01:53So we understand their needs.
01:55And this is the first time we have heard the stories of the victims.
02:01How did it happen? It is very scary.
02:04So because of that, our sympathy is not only at a low level.
02:10Our level of sympathy or empathy is very high.
02:14And we do listen to them and give them what they need.
02:25Alhamdulillah.
