00:08when there's a tariff, it is the buyer who pays and I don't want people to be spending

00:12more money at a time when the economy is doing badly because of the decisions that Labour

00:17has made. They raised taxes and that has meant that growth has halved, it's now just 1%.

00:24We would have been in a better situation to deal with these things if not for the wrong

00:27decisions that they made in October and in their budget two weeks ago.
